After a long day of elections for the Polish Kendo Federation´s leading board, the men´s “Polish National Kendo Team” decided to do a keiko at Fudoshinkan Dojo. Top level kendo! Lots of fun – and me? Amongst all of them – having so much fun and…being beaten – of course. But that is not what it is all about. I got so much input, positiv critisism and tips for my future kendo practise it´s hard to keep in mind. Thank you so much guys!
